What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications for residential & commercial projects.
- Liaise with local municipalities and agencies for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates to project teams.
- Research permitting requirements and proactively address issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in permit coordination, construction admin, or related fields.
- Knowledge of local & state building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in home services, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus!
