Job Title: Business Analyst Mainframe Transformation
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
Job Description:

8 years of experience in business analysis for software development projects, including documentation.

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, or Axure for prototyping.

Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, traceability, use case development, and data modeling.

Proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions with business and technical teams.

Experience with root cause analysis and production support issue resolution.

Strong background in functional requirements analysis and system design documentation.

Ability to define functional design and system specifications.

Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and implementation.
