Job Title: Health IT Account System Administrator
Location: Onsite 4 days/week, 1 telework day (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion.

Diagnose and resolve hardware/software failures.

Apply OS patches, upgrades, and administrative tool updates.

Maintain system configurations and operational procedures.

Support asset management and software inventory using Asset Panda.

Work with tools such as Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, VITA Remote tools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, and VPN.

Provide Tier III support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Perform performance tuning, resource optimization, and capacity planning.

Ensure security compliance and risk mitigation for EHR application infrastructure.
