Job Title: Health IT Account System Administrator
Location: Onsite 4 days/week, 1 telework day (Hybrid)
Interview: In-person only

Job Description:

• Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software failures.

• Apply OS patches, upgrades, and administrative tool updates.

• Maintain system configurations and operational procedures.

• Support asset management and software inventory using Asset Panda.

• Work with tools such as Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, VITA Remote tools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, and VPN.

• Provide Tier III support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Perform performance tuning, resource optimization, and capacity planning.

• Ensure security compliance and risk mitigation for EHR application infrastructure.
