Job Details
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 80% Remote) Hybrid role: Primarily remote, with onsite presence as required.

Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.

Develop clear and detailed system requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Conduct business process re-engineering and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools.

Ensure design solutions align with UX best practices and federal accessibility guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.

Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, including post-implementation enhancements.

Maintain documentation using tools like Modern Requirements and Atlassian Jira (preferred)
