Material Handler Specialist

Proficiently operating a scanner will be required. Able to read schedule ID tags accurately perform cycle counts at or above 95% transact from perpetual to WIP in Friedman perform inventory transactions stock inventory able to lift 50lb able to read a tape measure and understand inches down to the 1 / 32 of an inch work at a fast pace with attention to detail ability to read and understand lockout tag out be a team play and learn other jobs within the area.  selfmotivated must be able to operate a high bay forklift WAV motorized pallet jack would be required but only about 1520% of the day  and perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• The ability to lift bend push pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 810 hours)
• The ability to read measurements work or calculate numbers use handheld tools including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks pneumatic staple guns industrial hot glue guns and power drills.
• Must be 18 years of age have reliable transportation and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in assembly or a productionoriented environment
• Forklift certification is preferred it is not mandatory. The organization is prepared to provide comprehensive training to the most qualified candidate
