Sr Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities : < / strong>< / p>

• Deliver compensation consulting expertise to the business providing informed guidance through conducting analysis understanding market data and trends and aligning with business needs and strategy.< / li>
• Assist in the design and administration of base pay annual incentives equity and recognition programs.< / li>
• Develop the HR team and businesss compensation knowledge and processes and drive consistent administration of compensation policies and practices.< / li>
• Leverage our compensation benchmarking tool to participate in surveys and strengthen knowledge of market data and trends and best practices to ensure competitive compensation programs.< / li>
• Lead annual compensation cycles including merit and incentive payout for partner groups.< / li>
• Support an annual review of base pay ranges and compensation tools and guidelines.< / li>
• Coordinate and execute timely processing of wage increases shortterm incentives and adhoc payments in Workday.< / li>
• Develop a data integrity review process through proactive data audits that sustains job architecture and compensation structures.    < / li>
• Champion continuous improvement by leveraging our lean tools to identify prioritize and implement process improvement opportunities.< / li>
• Sustain and evolve a job architecture that provides a foundation for HR and compensation practices and analytics enables talent initiatives and drives equitable efficient and transparent pay programs.< / li>
• Support initiatives that improve the employee experience creating a best place to work culture.< / li>
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.< / li>< / ul>
  

  Qualifications : < / b> < / p>

  • A bachelors degree in human resources business finance or a related field or equivalent experience is required in addition to 5 years of relevant work experience.< / li>
  • Experience in the analysis design and / or administration of compensation programs specifically hourly compensation programs is preferred. < / li>
  • Strong attention to detail confidentiality and communication skills are required. < / li>
  • Advanced MS Office skills are required especially Excel.  HRIS experience required; Workday implementation configuration and maintenance experience a plus.< / li>
  • Must possess strong analytical reasoning problem solving and ability to influence and communicate at all levels in organization.< / li>
  • Ability to influence problem solve and successfully collaborate and communicate with stakeholders of various levels< / li>
  • Well organized and confident to work independently but a strong team player.< / li>
  • Ability to effectively multitask and balance priorities with sense of urgency and execution.< / li>
  • Occasional travel required.< / li>< / ul>< / p>
