Overview
Seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Business Transformation team as they drive their strategy forward by consistently innovating, optimizing and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving revenue while managing expenses, highly motivated, intellectually curious and analytical. You will be supporting the EVP of Business Transformation and team by partnering across multiple funcitons to deliver results.

Role
o Drive the financial planning and analysis process across the Business Transformation team (e.g., ownership of the Budget, Forecasts, O&Rs and strategic plans)
o Create insightful analytics to support business strategies / decision making (business cases, investment decisions, performance evaluation etc.)
o Development of materials to support ongoing business reviews : Monthly Performance Packages, Operating Reviews, Business Unit Reviews
o Develop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics
o Support effective cost management and efficiency efforts
o Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of reporting, anticipating needs of key stakeholders

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
