This position is within Omnicom Media Group’s North America Corporate Finance group and reports to the North America Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This position sits in the Corporate Finance group that oversees the 16 major operating companies in North America.

As a critical part of the financial management team of the North America region this position will have the following responsibilities:
Compensation Range
$75,000—$90,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
As a critical part of the financial management team of the North America region this position will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly and quarterly reforecasts for North American business units
- Assist in analysis and review of business unit and shared service function financial and operational performance
- Prepare deliverables for North America senior management review of budget and reforecast findings, including key issues and overall performance metrics
- Assist in the uploading/extraction of data into financial systems and report creation and generation
- Reconcile and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness of key financial information and consistency of deliverables received from various business units
- Assist in coordination with the Global Finance team to ensure adherence with the perpetual reporting framework, timely collection of data and other reporting requirements
- Assist with ad hoc projects as requested including acting as key point of contact to coordinate special projects
- Maintain ongoing relationships and manage frequent touch points with key finance personnel from respective North American business units to stay informed on operational objectives and communicate necessary updates to North America senior management.
- 3 years public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey purpose, procedure and conclusions to a wide array of audiences (senior management, junior personnel, non-finance related personnel)
- Experience managing and coordinating efforts across various teams/offices
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines
