Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Conducts financial analyses. Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning. Develops and prepares the organization's financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports, and build good relations with business, corporate finance and other teams.

  • Prepare, finalize and present reports to the business to fulfill the need for financial follow-up, business planning and business control within the organization.
  • Analyse the monthly accounting close and provide commentary for variances, to management and corporate finance
  • Participate in forecast processes and budget activities to contribute to better business awareness and resource planning.
  • Review analyses of business initiatives, operational effectiveness, to guide business decisions.
  • University degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
  • 3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, project accounting, auditing, management consultancy or similar.
  • Shown understanding of accounting and knowledge in common controlling methods and models.
  • Proven financial knowledge including understanding revenue, cost and cash flow effects of different activities is highly meriting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Essbase and Hyperion or other IT tools to perform Business and Financial Control.
  • Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
  • Experience from the financial sector or IT sector would be a merit.

The base pay range for this role is $58,300 - $97,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
