Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is looking to hire a qualified and energetic Electrical Project Estimator/Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the pre-construction phase and have successful experience estimating and landing multiple commercial electrical projects. The Project Estimator/Sales Manager is expected to work independently and ensure the project needs are met with accurate and detailed estimates.
Requirements:
- Expierience in successfully estimating commercial electrical projects, ranging up to $150K-$5M in value
- Experience with project sales and landing new customers within the commerical electrical industry
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of NEC and local codes
- Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and estimate multiple jobs at once
- Driver’s License
Preferred:
- Degree in Construction Management
- 5 years Project Estimating experience
- 5 years Project Sales experience
- Proficient in Accounting software and Procore
- Commercial electrical trade experience

Compensation:
- $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Pacific, WA 98047 – Must reside in the area and be willing to commute.
