Mastercraft Industries, Inc., home of Holiday Kitchens, is actively seeking applications for General Production to join our team in Rice Lake, WI in a variety of positions in our production departments. We have openings for 1st Shift positions. Mastercraft Industries, Inc. offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package and a Bi-Weekly Production Bonus.
Responsibilities of these positions may include operation of various woodworking tools and machines used in the production of custom cabinets. These may include hand-held power sanders, table saws, and shapers.
We have positions available in our Assembly Department. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Hours for the Assembly Department is 6:30-3:00pm Monday thru Friday.
Essential job functions include, but not limited to:
- Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions
- Drive to learn
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
