What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mill Worker position at Mastercraft Industries, Inc?
Mastercraft Industries, Inc., home of Holiday Kitchens, is actively seeking applications for our General Production in our Mill to join our team in Rice Lake, WI. This job entails taking raw material and turning it into various products for the rest of our plant to create our custom cabinetry. Mastercraft Industries, Inc. offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package and a Bi-Weekly Production Bonus.
Responsibilities of these positions may include operation of various woodworking tools and machines used in the production of custom cabinets. These may include hand-held power sanders, table saws, shapers, molders, and running the glue line.
Essential job functions include, but not limited to:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be self-motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with millwork is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
Hours for this position are from 4:30am- 1:00PM
