OVERVIEW
Mastermind is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Sales Setter team of 14 Setters. This position reports directly to our Director of Sales and will drive revenue goals for high-ticket B2C offers.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven, results-oriented sales manager who thrives in fast-paced B2C sales environments and knows how to build and develop high-performing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role focuses on leading, coaching, and scaling a team of 10 high-performing Setters in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment. You will ensure the team meets and exceeds KPIs while cultivating a culture of accountability and adaptability. - Lead & Develop: Manage and inspire a team of 14 Setters to hit KPIs and drive results. Build a culture of Continuous and Never-Ending Improvement (CANI) to push team performance.
- Coach for Success: Conduct call reviews, deliver actionable feedback, and provide ongoing training to elevate individual and team performance.
- Optimize Systems: Drive efficiency by refining lead flow, processes, and follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Adapt & Solve: Proactively address challenges, pivot priorities for new offers/events, and innovate solutions to drive team success.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven Leadership: A proven track record in inside sales leadership, particularly in B2C Setter/Closer or SDR environments
- B2C Expertise: Strong background in consumer-based sales, high-ticket offers, and emotion-based purchasing decisions
- Performance-Driven: Track record of exceeding KPIs and holding teams accountable for results.
- Coaching Mindset: Skilled at identifying areas for improvement and delivering actionable coaching.
- Systems-Oriented: Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
- Outbound Dialing Environment: A deep understanding of outbound dialing sales dynamics, setter team management, and coaching in a phone-based environment.
- Sales Strategists: Strategic thinking with hands-on coaching and systems optimization that foster a culture of Continuous and Never-Ending Improvement (CANI).
- Direct Sales Experience: Direct experience as a setter & sales lead in B2C, consumer focused environments.
- Available for On-Site: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ, and able to work on-site at Mastermind HQ in Scottsdale.
