OVERVIEW
Mastermind is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Sales Setter team of 14 Setters. This position reports directly to our Director of Sales and will drive revenue goals for high-ticket B2C offers.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven, results-oriented sales manager who thrives in fast-paced B2C sales environments and knows how to build and develop high-performing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role focuses on leading, coaching, and scaling a team of 10 high-performing Setters in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment. You will ensure the team meets and exceeds KPIs while cultivating a culture of accountability and adaptability. If you’re a confident, strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management and a passion for coaching, this is your opportunity to grow with us.
- Lead & Develop : Manage and inspire a team of 14 Setters to hit KPIs and drive results. Build a culture of Continuous and Never-Ending Improvement (CANI) to push team performance.
- Coach for Success : Conduct call reviews, deliver actionable feedback, and provide ongoing training to elevate individual and team performance.
- Optimize Systems : Drive efficiency by refining lead flow, processes, and follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Adapt & Solve : Proactively address challenges, pivot priorities for new offers / events, and innovate solutions to drive team success.
