We’re seeking an experienced BAS Control Technician – I to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with commercial HVAC expertise who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This associate is a FLSP (Front-Line Solutions Provider).

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install, program, test, commission, and service DDC systems on assigned projects.
- Interpret control drawings and plans; perform system modifications and preventative maintenance.
- Prepare for site work by reviewing layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating activities.
- Provide on-site technical support, training, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including time logs, service reports, and inventory records.
- Identify and order necessary repair parts; manage assigned tools, equipment, and vehicle.
- Support sales efforts by identifying leads and opportunities.
- Stay current on company products and best practices.
- Travel regularly (approx. 25%) with occasional overnight stays; flexible to work overtime/weekends.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and HVAC control schematics.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with DDC systems.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient with hand tools, testing equipment, and digital platforms.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six (6) months experience in control systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Travel to job sites and other company offices within the state is required. Occasional out-of-state travel may be necessary for training or business meetings.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
