- Performing manual lifting and carrying (up to 40lbs) to open, clean, and place cheese on production lines
- Removing packaging from cheese
- Inspecting bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and cleaning accordingly
- Lifting and placing cheese on conveyors (weight varies from 5-40lbs per lift)
- Operating automated and manual cutting systems
- Operating shredding equipment
