As a Sales Canvasser with Masters Services, you’ll be an essential part of our team, generating leads and setting appointments to drive sales. You will be responsible for consulting with prospective customers through leads, inspect, identify and create proposals to address needs and value-added services options. This position offers a flexible schedule, uncapped earning potential, and opportunities to advance to a sales representative or other leadership roles.
At Masters Services, our industry-leading commission structure enables our top canvassers to make multiple six-figures per year!
Responsibilities:
Canvass designated neighborhoods to engage with homeowners and build rapport with potential customers
Represent Masters Services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
Record appointments, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
Work alongside the canvassing manager and team members to meet daily and weekly goals, and receive ongoing coaching and training.

Qualifications:
A proactive and go-getter attitude, not afraid to knock on doors.
No experience required, though previous canvassing or sales experience is a plus.
Be self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
