Call Center Representative

SalesBizLab We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
• Document all customer interactions clearly and efficiently in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their issues
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and in challenging situations
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
