Production Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Operator to work in River Falls WI, to execute production schedules while ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role requires operating and maintaining machinery, troubleshooting issues, and following food safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
- Execute daily production schedules to meet customer orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate product production, including equipment and supply setup.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery to achieve high performance.
- Handle ingredients, including staging, measuring, and mixing, as needed.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Follow all cleaning procedures in the production area.
- Adhere to allergen control guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities.
- Take corrective actions based on audit findings and supervisor instructions.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and assist in developing solutions.
- Resolve food safety and quality concerns promptly.
- Maintain safe working conditions and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in mandatory training programs.
- Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 1 years of production experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Machine operation and basic HMI experience desired.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Shift: 2nd
Hours 2:45pm - 11:15pm
Days: Monday- Friday
Pay: 20.50
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 10:45pm – 7am
Days: Monday- Friday
Pay: $21.50
OR
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:30am
Days: Monday- Friday
Pay: $21.50
