Job Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic full-time Business Development Manager to work in our Fond du Lac and Watertown markets. This position works directly for our company and focuses on new business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives.
The main responsibilities include building new business and new relationships through telephone, emailing, LinkedIn, outside sales, in-person presentations, Zoom/Teams meetings, territory management and closing new business.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and implementing growth strategies
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively
