We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, performing audits, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with CGMP and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring that our manufacturing processes adhere to established quality management protocols.
Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP and ISO 9001 standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems (QA/QC).
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their applications in quality inspection.
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations, ISO 9001 standards, and quality management principles.
- Experience with Calypso software or similar tools for quality control is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
