We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to efficiently evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to each job. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Maximize efficiency by prioritizing high-value and urgent service calls

Coordinate technicians in the field, ensuring timely and quality service

Maintain accurate records of service calls and report key metrics to management

Engage with customers , providing updates and ensuring satisfaction

Resolve customer concerns and promote repeat business

Participate in ongoing training to enhance service and dispatch efficiency

What You Bring to the Table :

Proven experience in customer service or dispatching

Strong communication and organizational skills

Tech-savvy – proficient with phone systems and scheduling software

Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment

A team-oriented mindset with a drive for excellence
