Responsibilities

Join a team dedicated to making a life-changing impact on youth and families in your community. In this role, you will use evidence-based trauma treatments to support youth with offense-specific behaviors and their victims. Daily responsibilities include:

• Engaging youth and victims through Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
• Empowering families to foster growth and prevent further misconduct.
  
  

Ideal candidates are flexible, self-motivated, and passionate about helping youth aged 5-18 heal from trauma. You will receive training in trauma treatment models, clinical supervision, and opportunities for leadership.
