In this role, you will utilize evidence-based and trauma treatments to support youth who have committed offense-specific behaviors and victims in healing.
Daily Impact looks like :
Engaging youth with problem sexual behaviors and victims using two evidence-based trauma treatments : Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth.
Keeping youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct.

Developing an advanced understanding of treating youth who experienced trauma by training and utilizing two evidence-based trauma models (EMDR and TF-CBT)

Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) Certification including ongoing training

Opportunities for leadership, including training and guiding interns preparing to enter the field

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC) : $58,660
Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) : $61,660
Starting MA Bilingual : 63,660
