As the Human Resources Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist the agency in the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Help maintain personnel and HR files
- Administer and maintain our Background Check Program (BCP) compliance
- Provide support within the department for continuity of HR services

Hours of Work: Part-time, non-exempt. 20 hours per week during open office hours. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What you need to become a Hero:
- Be 18 years old & have High School Diploma or GED
- Two years prior work experience in clerical or related experience field
- Have a Driver's license and a car covered by insurance
- A Current TB Test
- Will need to agree to and pass a State of Alaska background check.
- Three (3) Professional/Personal references.
