Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Trucking Operations to lead our company’s transportation and logistics efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing fleet operations, ensuring DOT compliance, optimizing efficiency, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily trucking operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.

• Manage fleet performance, maintenance, and cost controls.

• Ensure full compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies for operational growth and efficiency.

• Lead and support dispatchers, drivers, and operations staff.

• Optimize route planning, fuel usage, and logistics processes.

• Monitor financial performance and improve cost-effectiveness.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2 years of experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation management.

• Proven leadership in fleet operations and driver management.

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.

• Experience with fleet management software and logistics technology.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
