JOB REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
- Enterprise support for Windows/Microsoft environment, including direct interaction with end users
- Performs first and second level support for the computing environment, including desktop, peripherals, network, wireless, networked devices, and IP telephones
- Provisions physical access for employees and designated contractors
- Analyzes, troubleshoots, and maintains computer systems and related hardware
- Makes recommendations for improving our desktop and audio-visual environments
- Performs first and second level support for our audio-visual environment, ensuring that rooms and equipment are maintained and functioning properly
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain high level of customer service through professionalism, timeliness, organizational skills and follow-through
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds while installing computer equipment
- Keep track of hardware inventory/organize asset disposal
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- 3 years recent experience supporting MS Windows in an enterprise environment
- Detail oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Four (4) year college degree with information technology concentration preferred
