What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Matan Dog Training?
Matan Dog Training is a successful and rapidly growing dog training facility. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual, who is not afraid to jump right in and get to work! This individual must be adept in customer service, managing projects, scheduling and administration.
This person must be proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Calendar. Quickbooks experience is a must. Previous experience with ProPet is a definite plus! This person must be able to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, communicate clearly and work well in a team.
Regular duties include, but are not limited to:
- Leading staff meetings
- Payroll submission
- Inventory purchasing
- Client/ Dog progress follow up
- Client document/ record review
