Job Responsibilities
As the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you will be responsible for leading and implementing DEI initiatives across the organization. This includes :
- Developing and executing DEI strategies and programs.
- Collaborating with leadership to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
- Providing guidance and training on DEI best practices.
