Location: Hauppauge, NY (Long Island)
Type: Onsite 3 days per week
Duration: 1 year
Travel Sites: Queens, NY, Connecticut & New Jersey
About:
- The role requires a resource with a Microsoft background to provide onsite support for laptops and other devices within the client's environment.
- Provide onsite support for Windows10 and 11, and O365.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptop and other devices.
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new devices.
- Collab with IT team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions provided.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 and Office 365 support.
- Microsoft background including any relevant certifications example MCP, MCSA, MCSE is a plus
- Basic networking knowledge is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to client sites in Queens, Connecticut and New Jerse
