Support Expectations
o Similar to our production manufacturing facilities, the requirement here is a full-time on-site IT support for this facility

o Below is a sample of some of the tasks and work that the current person does. We do acknowledge that some of this work may move to other teams, but I include this for perspective on the scope of the current role that we're trying to fill very quickly.
Sampling of current tasks

o Manages the badge system, adding/removing/creation of ID badges for employees
o All On-site / hands-on work for ANY piece of IT equipment at the facility
o Daily ongoing support, tickets (I don't have good ticket volume data as much of the work is done by in-person requests, etc.
o Remote IT support for other warehouse locations in the region
o Lifecycle refresh of devices - There's an ongoing project to refresh ALL the RF scan guns at the facility, all hardware has been ordered and should ship in December, so configuration and deployment of that equipment
