Job Summary : Project Manager
San Jose, CA / Cupertino ( 3 days hybrid )
90-100 / hr DOE
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Automation Anywhere and experience preferrably working in a Mac OS environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing RPA projects, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful automation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as technical knowledge in RPA and Mac OS systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of RPA projects using Automation Anywhere.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Preferably work with Mac OS environments, ensuring automation solutions align with system capabilities.
Facilitate requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and solution design discussions.
Coordinate with RPA developers, business analysts, and IT teams to implement automation solutions.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards in automation projects.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on RPA best practices and implementation strategies.
Required Qualifications :
5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on RPA and automation.
Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and understanding of RPA lifecycle.
Experience managing projects in a Mac OS environment, including system integrations.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive automation initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with cloud-based automation solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of AI / ML, OCR, and cognitive automation technologies.
