What You’ll Be Doing :

Be the Face of Wellness : Lead the studio and promote our transformative services to help clients relax, recover, and rejuvenate.

Inspire and Motivate Your Team : Train and support team members to exceed membership and revenue goals while delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Engage the Community : Host 4-5 pop-up events per week , connecting with local businesses like spas, massage clinics, chiropractors, and physical therapists to build partnerships and spread the word.

Create a VIP Experience : Ensure every guest feels welcome, supported, and excited about their wellness journey.

Run the Show : Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly while fostering a positive, vibrant atmosphere.

What You Bring to the Table :

A deep passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel amazing.

A proven track record of success in sales, leadership, or customer service—bonus points if it’s in fitness, spa, or health industries.

An unstoppable energy and positivity that inspire both clients and team members.

Outstanding communication skills, whether in person, over the phone, or online.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills to keep everything on track.

Physical Activity? You’re Ready for It!

Be comfortable standing during your shift and moving around to demonstrate equipment.

Lift up to 25 pounds with ease.

Hop in and out of saunas to show guests how they work like the wellness pro you are.

Bend, stretch, and move to ensure the studio is in top shape.
