The Warranty Representative (WR) isn’t stuck in an office. They are out in the field working on service request items and service orders while making sure they are completed in a timely manner. The WR coordinates the service orders with the homeowner and our trade partners. At times you may paint, drywall, fix light trim and do some carpentry work. Our goal is to find someone who will strive to treat homeowners with kindness and to ensure they are informing the homeowners of every step in the process.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Previous experience including, but not limited to, quality assurance and customer care/warranty.
- Resume demonstrates ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient with MS Office Products.
- Positive and caring attitude.
- Outgoing, professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to collaborate with other Team Members.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
