Pay: $45,000 per year based on experience and performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Processing: Review, process, and submit warranty claims to Nissan for approval. Ensure that all claims are accurate, complete, and comply with manufacturer guidelines.
- Claim Management: Track and manage the status of warranty claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and address any issues or denials promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, repair orders, and related documentation. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding warranty-related inquiries. Provide clear explanations and updates on the status of warranty claims and repairs.
- Service Support: Collaborate with the service department to gather necessary information for warranty claims and ensure that warranty repairs are processed efficiently.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with Nissan's warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure that all warranty processes adhere to manufacturer requirements and dealership protocols.
- Reporting: Generate and review reports related to warranty claims, including financial summaries and performance metrics. Identify trends and provide insights to improve warranty processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Knowledge of Nissan warranty processes and systems is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and manage warranty claims and related documentation.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers, service staff, and manufacturer representatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with automotive warranty systems and software. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to address and resolve warranty-related issues effectively.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
