What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative - Matchmaker position at Matchmaking?
We are a leading matchmaking company with over 20 successful years. With continuous growth and success across the US, we are seeking a Matchmaker to join our office. We are looking to hire immediately!
Location: Simi Valley, CA (This not a remote position)
Key Required Responsibilities Include:
* Source and coordinate appropriate referrals for our members in accordance with the company's guidelines.
* Coach and support our members to ensure we effectively fine tune the matchmaking process.
* Present to members additional memberships services through an effective sales approach.
* Partner and support both the Matchmakers and Membership Sales Counselors in the office to exceed matchmaking quotas and foster success of overall team.
* Document all member feedback, updating records accordingly in the matchmaking database.
* Perform general matchmaking administrative tasks.
Required Experience:
* At least 5 year's experience in a Customer Service role as well as experience in a sales environment.
* Experience in coaching, counseling or mentoring individuals would be advantageous.
* Must possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Successful candidates must be self-confident, charismatic, self-disciplined, dedicated and performance driven.
* Proficient using Microsoft Office and general computer aptitude.
