The Position :
We are seeking a values-based leader who is highly detail-oriented and motivated to oversee our daily operations and drive customer satisfaction through fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be able to work alone to process orders and office tasks while also remaining a focused team leader. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities to manage a small teameffectively while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
Execute all daily paperwork; inbound and outbound service and delivery tickets and coordinate with other locations.
Drive customer satisfaction efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Supervise and lead staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and productivity. Be a hands-on leader willing to do any job.
Identify areas for process improvement, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
Qualifications :
2 years of management experience
Self-aware, confident, and humble
Proven experience leading others and operating a business
Strong detail orientation and self-motivated
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Can plow through work alone and work well with multiple disruptions
Willingness to pick up the phone and communicate with team members, customers, and vendors regularly
Valid Drivers license and ability to commute to Longmont
Daily Tasks :
Get delivery drivers and service technicians out the door prepared with product, paperwork, tools, and equipment.
Organize day with scheduling of inbound product, delivery / service scheduling and installation coordination with subcontractor. Manage calendar and call superintendents daily.
Manage purchasing and coordinating with outside sales reps - large volume of data entry and detailed computer work. Multiple manufacturing partners which requires learning multiple ordering systems.
Manually offload delivery trucks into warehouse and onto box trucks (daily). This is a physical job and the best candidate will lead by example. Must be able to lift 100lbs regularly, we do not use forklifts due to glass breakage.
Coordinate with other locations to determine maximum efficiency and team coverage. Phone, email, and daily scanning of paperwork.
Microsoft Office skills.
Hiring, coaching / encouraging, and HR issues - will have support of other leaders here.
Close out the day by doing intake forms from service and deliveries and updating schedule accordingly. Pre-load trucks and leave the day so that tomorrow is ready for success.
