The Position:
The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met through proactive service and issue resolution. Additionally, they support operational functions, streamlining processes to enhance both the client experience and the team’s efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Lead client review implementation and follow-up, establish and cultivate relationships with all clients and proactively resolve issues. Support service and operational activities, transaction status, products and services, and other essential account maintenance needs
- Calendar Management: Schedule and prepare for appointments with new and prospective clients, client service model management and client review scheduling, external wholesaler relationships and scheduling
- Administrative Functions: Marketing related activities, event planning, client birthday and special occasion recognition, client service model and operational procedures
- Assist Operations Manager: Service client accounts, prepare forms, research account inquiries and/or issues, and prepare client financial reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college or university. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 years relevant experience (Brokerage or Financial Services Client Service experience required)
- Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Proficient in Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, practice active listening, and document client conversations in our Client Relationship Management platform
- Strong client service focus with experience listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
