Mater Dei High School has an immediate opening for a Head Frosh/Soph Girls Tennis Coach for the 2024-2025 School year starting July 29th, 2024. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated excellence in performance in a leadership role of a high school program or higher. Must have the ability to direct a team in alignment with the school mission, traditions of Honor, Glory, and Love, as set through the pursuit of excellence in the sport of tennis.
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience; tennis coaching experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Certification/Requirements: Completed online application, passed background check and fingerprinting, Safe Environment Training and Sexual Harassment Training Certificaiton, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest, NFHS Concussion in Sports, NFHS Heat Illness Prevention, CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
Stipend Position Starting at: $3,000 additional pay for more experience
Dates: July 29th-Oct 31 2024
Schedule: Matches to be played on Fridays and Saturdays, subject to change. Practice on most weekdays.
