Job Summary
MHS, Inc., a leading supplier and installer of Material Handling Equipment for Warehousing/Storage and Manufacturing since 1980 has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Yarmouth Maine Office. A successful candidate will be highly detailed, self-motivated, and able to multitask. Working closely with our Accounting Manager your responsibilities will include
Responsibilities
- Assist Accounting Manager with daily data entry and paperwork processing
- Assist across departments to support sales needs and provide customer support in the office
- Communicating with co-workers on project information to insure a smooth paperwork flow
- Review work progress for accuracy
- Prepare reports pertaining to job status and update team members
- Coordinate record keeping including scanning and filing of job folders
- Assist in managing customer relationships
- Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Assist with incoming calls
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Assist in development spreadsheets to document needs
Skills
