Job Summary:
The IT/Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and content creation. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creative marketing skills to enhance our brand and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage website updates, security, and optimization.
- Support internal users with IT-related issues and provide training as needed.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and website.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key marketing metrics.
- Assist in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and up to date.
- Collaborate with different departments to align IT and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in IT support, website management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, social media management tools, and graphic design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
