Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of infants and toddlers in a classroom setting?
Do you already have at least one of the following credentials?
- AA /AAS in Early Childhood Education or equivalent OR
- AA/AAS in related field with at least 9 credits in Infant / Toddler Development OR
- Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers in classroom settings.
- Ensure curriculum fidelity by following Head Start Performance Standards and integrating the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework.
- Address individual needs of children in care, providing nurturing, language-rich, and engaging learning experiences.
- Model high-quality interactions and promote family involvement in supporting children's health, social empowerment, and school readiness.
- Encourage parent participation in all classroom activities, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
- Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community.
