Partner Success Manager
The MatFresher Partner Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering successful partnerships with fitness studios, gyms, and health clubs. The effectiveness of MatFresher's services hinges on the strength of its partnerships with owners, managers, staff, instructors, and their members. This “player-coach” position is essential for ensuring that these relationships are not only established but also nurtured to drive mutual success.
The Partner Success Manager is tasked with several critical responsibilities:
- Attracting Qualified Partners: Identify and recruit studios, gyms, and health clubs that align with MatFresher's objectives.
- Implementing Activation Programs: Ensuring partners are on-boarded in accordance with the MatFresher , and partners are activated effectively by achieving ;
- Brand Ambassador Management: Recruit, train, manage, and retain brand ambassadors who can effectively represent MatFresher within their communities and
- Implementation Oversight: Act as a "player-coach" to oversee MatFresher use at partner facilities, ensuring adherence to MatFresher best practices and
- Compliance and Monitoring: Ensure partners are in compliance with their MatFresher marketing, sales and utilization objectives, and partners and their instructors are highly motivated to promote MatFresher over time.
- Leadership Engagement: Participate in leadership meetings and activities to contribute insights and strategies that support the growth of the business.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
