We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Educate clients about various fitness programs, including Pilates, CrossFit, Kickboxing, dance, and group fitness classes.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide clients with tailored fitness solutions.
- Conduct program design sessions for clients based on their individual fitness needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Organize promotional events and workshops to engage potential clients and increase brand awareness.
- Provide training and support to new sales staff on effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and fitness concepts.
- Experience in fitness sales or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with various fitness disciplines such as Pilates, CrossFit, Kickboxing, dance, and group fitness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate others effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in program design or personal training is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
