POSITION SUMMARY
The Parts Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, including hiring/training, scheduling, overall productivity, and accuracy of the warehouse employees. He or she supervises all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inventory, core and parts warranty management, and returns and ensures that employees follow all company policies and workplace safety regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Helps with inventory control to ensure adequate stock
- Reviews records and documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations
- Oversees handling, storing, and shipping of stock
- Helps with warehouse layout optimization
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
- Helps manage and oversee staff
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Ensures that all required reports are accurate and timely
- Performs other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree required; College degree preferred
- Two years of experience preferred
- Experience in supervising and managing staff a plus
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Forklift license preferred
