JOB SUMMARY
Perform engineering activities to support the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assigned plants. This includes reliability performance data, project management, process / equipment optimization, engineering design, procurement, risk assessment, and reliability best practice.
Essential Functions
This role will provide technical subject matter expertise support for or lead
Production Project Management <$10M (coordinate scope, schedule, resources, finance, and stakeholders),
Procurement (technical specifications, vender / service provider management, etc.),
Process and Equipment design engineering (engineering design disciplines, documents, and specifications)
Implementation and oversight of change management. (P&IDs, EMOC, etc.),
Failure analysis and corrective action plans, (RCFA, FTA/C&E, 8D, Pareto, fishbone, affinity, etc.)
Engineering safety, quality, and reliability risk assessment, (DMAIC, HAZOP, FMEA, RAM, C&E, LOPA, etc.)
Plant operation and troubleshooting, (24/7 plant ops support)
Productivity and reliability performance assessments, (Lean 6s, Engineering disciplines, CMMS, P&L statements, ROI, etc.)
Reliability best practice development and compliance enforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies),
Accurate, organized, and on-time administrative reporting (reports, schedule, tasks, time, costs, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in an industrial field plus 10 years of related experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with preference for Reliability Maintenance, Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical disciplines preferred.

7-9 years Engineering related manufacturing experience in
Industrial Air Separation Industry Preferred
7-9 years Production O&M related work Preferred
1-3 years Reliability Engineering related work Preferred
1-3 years Project Management related work Preferred
1-3 years Bachelor’s degree in engineering with
preference for Reliability Maintenance,
Industrial, Chemical
or Mechanical disciplines.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to assess the reliability of systems, products, and processes in business operations, then use tools and methodologies to overcome, prevent, or improve potential issues to ensure optimal performance.
Knowledge of risk management, loss prevention, and life cycle asset management programs,
Engineering, mathematical and statistical abilities to perform data analysis, assess probability, interpret technical drawings / documents, and perform engineering calculations.
Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify potential problems, analyze data, prioritize, and implement solutions.
Communication skills to explain technical concepts and coordinate / collaborate effectively.
Project Management ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously (plan, schedule, and organize)
Proven Leadership skills to learn from and mentor others, identify and influence critical paths / resources, and organize / lead teams to make good decisions and reduce mistakes.
Organizational skills for time management and effective multitasking and prioritization

Travel Requirements
50% Ability to travel and required to provide weekend and evening support as needed.
