Individual needs to be bright, energetic and a friendly person with stellar communications skills. Must have an High School education or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Generating dispatch tickets in company's service software
- Billing
- Assist with posting A/P invoices
- Data entry and scanning of documents
- Effective computer skills in Microsoft office
- Typing and processing documents, letters and proposals
- Assist with other miscellaneous office and marketing duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
