POSITION SUMMARY
Monarch Paving is looking for a Maintenance Shop Assistant to perform general maintenance tasks which may include but are not limited to :
- Shop upkeep and site maintenance
- Snow / Ice removal
- Conduct oil changes
- Assist Mechanics with repairs
- Pick up and deliver parts to Monarch Shop or jobsite
- Inventory, sort and organize parts and supplies
- Operating forklift
- Other tasks as needed
On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of our team, with the potential for advancement opportunities. This position is full-time seasonal, working April through November, but provides year-round benefits. This position requires working overtime and some weekends.
