Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing senior-level relationships.
- Lead client campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
- Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Accurately forecast revenue, manage client billing, and ensure account profitability.
- Develop and oversee client budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Review all work to meet client expectations and financial goals.
- Negotiate and develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts, adhering to financial terms.
- Translate client visions into actionable business requirements and overall account strategies.
- Coordinate with internal resources to define deliverables and manage client expectations effectively.
- Anticipate and address potential client or revenue issues proactively.
- Provide strategic oversight to ensure effective project scoping and execution.
- Extensive experience in professional client relationship management.
- Background in advertising, design, or marketing is strongly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
- Proficiency in developing and writing Statements of Work.
- Deep understanding of advertising production processes and media planning/selection.
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a client-service environment.
- A positive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to maintain a professional image.
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, clear writing, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong business management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and make effective decisions.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts, advertising, and/or marketing campaigns.
