Key Responsibilities
Content Coordination
- Assist in fulfilling content needs outlined in project content plans.
- Source, compile, draft, and curate text, images, and multimedia assets for the intranet and website.
- Proofread and edit content using AP Style, leveraging support tools such as Grammarly and ChatGPT.
- Communicate assignments, guidelines, and due dates to subject matter experts (SMEs) and other team members.
- Track and facilitate content review, approval, and submission processes according to project timelines.
- Develop and maintain Google Slides presentations and tracking dashboards to communicate project progress.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, project managers, and project teams to ensure timely content contributions.
- Assist in the collection, tagging, and organization of image assets for both projects.
- Help with asset migration from drives to web-based platforms.
- Contribute to content calendar updates and content planning efforts.
- Support the graphic designer and project team by developing graphic elements using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva as needed.
- Assist in creating visual content for internal platforms, presentations, and project communications.
- 1-3 years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and copy editing skills (AP Style preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and content management tools.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress and HubSpot are a plus).
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- The position is based at the company's Vancouver, WA, corporate office, with potential for hybrid flexibility.
- This is a temporary role, lasting 4-5 months, with the potential for extension or permanent placement depending on business needs.
